We accept professional responsibility for our individual decisions and actions. We are also advocates for THE ORGANIZATION by engaging in activities that enhance its credibility, value and intent.

To build respect, credibility and strategic importance for the profession within  our organizations, the business community, and the communities in which we work. To assist THE ORGANIZATION we serve in achieving its objectives and goals. To inform and educate current and future students and the organizations we serve, and the general public about principles and practices that help the profession. This applies for all future volunteers as well.

Purpose:  Our purpose is to instill in the individual the importance of economic development in regards to longevity and self-sustainment generation to generation.

We would like to instill a sense of urgency in the preparedness of one's community in the collective, for we are about the whole, not the part of a people in this ever-growing economy.

• establish the adulthood progression and preparedness, geared towards the Real World
